I was planning to draw a chinese temple Tay Kak Sie which is very famous and considered as one of the oldest Chinese heritage in Semarang. Suddenly my eyes caught by the view of this houses. The street is very narrow and the houses very closed one to another and its on the side of the canal.

Sketch Exhibition of Chinatown Semarang

For the last one year most of my sketches are about Chinatown and Kotalama Semarang. I was so surprise that a friend of mine invite me to show my sketches for the Chinese new Year Exhibition. It is together with Architecture and photos of Chinatown. Finally I could frame 23 sketches and display them. I hope that through this exhibition people will more appreciate the Art of Sketching ...
